Katie is a 300hr yoga teacher in London.
She first found yoga to gain flexibility and develop mindfulness in a hectic city lifestyle. Out of her practice grew a love of dynamic vinyasa flow, which is reflected in her teaching. Alongside a strong asana practice dedicated to building strength and flexibility, her classes also encourage focus, effort and presence on the mat. She is trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot and Children's yoga, but can also teach a variety of styles for power, restorative and mindfulness classes. Off the yoga mat, Katie is a big foodie with a passion for travel. She is most happy with sand between her toes and wind in her hair!
