My love of movement and fascination with the human mind and body have guided me onto my current path, and dictate what, how and why I share my passion with my clients. I've dedicated myself to the study of how humans can function better, and am therefore exploring the fields of functional exercise, yoga, martial arts, natural movement, breath work, meditation, philosophy and massage. As my expertise in these fields blossoms, my goal is to find a unique system that helps people find flow in their lives. Whether working with athletes who have specific performance goals, those with physical pain and restriction, or those who simply want to feel lighter and happier, I am so grateful and proud to be able to share the wisdom I am learning.
My personal practice is now primarily Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, strength training and functional exercise, as my focus has been on developing a foundation of strength, quality movement and mind-body awareness. My intention is to next go deeper into the meditation, breathwork and recovery techniques that I am studying.
